Mr. Umeshbhai Gor is the Chairperson and Independent Director of our company. He is a graduate with a strong foundation in business and management. With extensive experience in the industry, Mr. Gor provides valuable strategic insights and leadership to the company. As Chairperson, he plays a key role in ensuring high standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance, guiding the company toward sustainable growth while protecting the interests of all stakeholders. He also holds Directorship in Encode Packaging India Limited and Vivid Mercantile Limited.
GAUTAM SHETH- MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Gautam P. Sheth is the Promoter and Managing Director of our company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and began his career at the age of 19 in the diamond industry. He gained hands-on experience in Cutting, Polishing, and Assortment of Rough and Polished Diamonds in Surat and Antwerp. To further enhance his knowledge, he completed a specialized course from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Polished Diamonds. He also holds Directorship in Ardi Investment And Trading Co Ltd and PPA Jewellers Private Limited
NIDHI G. SHETH - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mrs. Nidhi G. Sheth is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of our company. She holds a Bachelor of Home Science degree from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University. Mrs. Sheth began her career over 12 years ago, initially focusing on the assortment of Diamonds. Over the years, she has gained extensive expertise in Polished Diamonds and has become a master in this field. She also holds Directorship in PPA Jewellers Private Limited
PRAVIN M. PAREKH - INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Pravin M. Parekh is the Professional Non-Executive Director of our company. He holds a degree in Commerce and has over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing. A Commerce graduate, he brings over 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Mr. Jagad is well-connected in the business world and possesses extensive practical experience in risk assessments and financial operations. He is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, with a key focus on managing day-to-day financial functions from the Surat office.
